Being new to the site, I am going to ask something that I am sure has been asked before.

I need some help with converting figures, and I was wondering if anyone can guide me to a helpful place that gives me some good pointers. i.e. ....Books, online articles, your advice.

Too many times people have told me that my vehicles are great, but the scene would be if I would only add some figures to them. The problem comes when the stock figures will just not do the trick.

Can someone help the rookie out?
