Finished this out of the box for my dad for his birthday. He has a tiger tank eater propaganda shadow box in his office. I wanted a m3 tank destroyer, but none existed, so the m10 would do.

Hello, and welcome!
Your M10 looks simply EXCELLENT for being your 1st model!
You are on the right path: the next moel you'll build will be even better!

It's actually my first armor, not really my first model. I come from aircraft (when I was younger) and then from gundams when I was older. I actually have a sherman I'm working on now.

I have become addicted to this scale. It is nice to build this without needing the room of the 1/35 stuff;

Hi

indeed a very nice M-10, for being you first armor it's great. You might add some equipment on your tank, it's not difficult and give a nice personal touch. I finished my 1/35 M-10 two weeks ago

here are some photos :

And you know it, ones you started on armor you can't stop :-) :-) :-)

wreeper007,
Welcome . Must admit the photos are a bit dark for these old eyes, but does look to be a good job. Might want to put a bit of paint on the tail light lenses.
Regards,
Joe

I originally thought of doing that, since the kit supplies gear. But, that is being saved for my sherman. I recently picked up the sherman and the us infantry set, so most of that gear will end up on the sherman.I would have loved to put the gear on it, but the lack of tank figures (especially ones that are not half bodies) are either scarce or expensive.
