G'day guys,
Quick question, bought Tamiya's of vehicle accessories, and noticed that the piece of brown paper for making ration packs is quite thin...
Do you guys put some sort of backing paper behind it before yoiu fold them up, to give them some strength, or just make them as they are?
If you just fold them up - do they get damaged if you use tape to 'tie them down' to the top of a turret, etc...
Thanks fellas
Stew

I make them as they are. No need to re-inforce with cardboard. When I fold them I do it in much the same way as I fold PE, using a steel ruler and a razor blade. They don't get damaged from tie downs either.

I do the same as Erik. No need to reinforce them at all. They are plenty strong once build.

Ditto. Shouldn't have any problems as long as you fold correctly.
