Ah yes. Here's the "wallet burner" again :-) :-) :-) All those releases are a must have. Been wanting to scratch a upgunned PZIV but let's scrap that, DML's on the rescue :-) :-)

NIce indeed. The Pzr IV Ausf. G looks like a must have. It will go nicely with the Fruil Ostketten I got in the post this morning... bring it on Dragon.
And the G.I's are great for NWE theatre dioramas. At last some credible figures at plastic prices to go head to head with the defenders of the Reich.
Cheers
Henk

Story updated with edited images of the two figure sets.
Two of the releases (the figure sets) were previously announced on DragonUSA's website for release in march. The Isherman appeared (also for march release) in the pages of HLJ's 'advance' section. I would imagine that this ISN'T all which will be announced at Nuremberg...

The flak crew box art looks exactly like that of the Tristar flak crew I bought to go with Dragon's execellent flak gun.
I haven't built either kit yet.

Emmm.. Isn't there a finite amount of poses which a Flak Crew can be sculpted in? I imagine the same comment could apply to almost any flak crew (particularly when it's for the same weapon) ?

I'm kind of surprised that after making all those Panzers and 1 being one of their "super kits" that for the latest one they're going to the "smart kit " series. Either way should still be very good. Dragons quality and variety is what w ehave wanted for years!
And that IDF Sherman looks brilliant! Now with the premium series it will be loaded with photo etch! Would nto have built the old kit with those tracks that I hated! Now with Magic tracks and all the goodies looks like my wallet will thin out even more!

Some interesting new stuff there, a new Ausf F/G is long overdue as is both the flak crew and the US figures, I wonder what else we will get suprised with over the next couple of days...

Whoa.... I guess the hits just keep on coming. Good news about the M51 Premium kit. Could this be a sign from God abovethat theres something coming down the pipe for us modern freaks.
What's next a DML T54? M48? M113?(Good God man!)
Everyone kept saying what a great year for kits in 06, but maybe it just gets better every year!
Chris

The more I look at those Gen II armored G.I.s the more I like them. And March is my birthday, so I can get myself a present without blowing my New Years resolution too much.

Cool! an IDF iSherman Premium
Better built the Academy one right now before it goes down the stash to never be seen again :-)
That would be really great if Dragon decided to retool most of their modern stuff and give us a few new one

Thank you soooo much Mr. Dragon! I´s so happy I wanna cry :-)
I was waiting for Dragon to retool and/or release more modern kits, and even better, was the M51! Now I want at least 3 to build Chilean Army variants.
Cheers
a very happy chilean modeller
PS: Good for you WWII boys, great news too :-)

I think you are consoling yourself to the wrong crowd. :-)
Most of us here would break our New Year resolution in a heartbeat when it comes to scale model kits.

Nice to see that DML is continuing the Pz IV trend with this being the first "long gun" IV. Hopefully the others will also follow!

Yea, after another look I realized it is the exact box art they have on their flak gun kit that doesn't include the figures. I hope now that the Tristar figure set I bought before this one became available will measure up.

looking forward to seeing how the m51 comes out. I was disappointed with the academy one(as well as my finish on it).

I also took the pledge to drink no more booze and buy no new models until I finished what I had on hand. Seems to me that was twenty five years ago. I stopped drinking which was good enough. Cannot wait to get these.
