Shelf life for Vallejo paints?

Does anyone know how long Vallejo paints can sit around before getting stale?

By stale I guess you mean dry out. Vallejo is not any different than any other acrylic paint in that respect and it depends on how and where they are stored. If the environment is not too dry and they are not exposed to direct sunlight and their lids are tightly sealed they will last for years without any adverse effects.
