I'm making the Tamiya motorcycle DKW NZ350. Does anyone have information on what the tail light should look like? The instructions don't reference painting the light at all. I can't tell if the whole lens should be painted or if there was a lens only at the bottom.

I donīt this model in particular, but the commom sense tells for painting just the lense, not the overall piece...
How is the model detail, itīs good or just fair....Iīm planning to buy one soon, Iīve built a Tamiya BMW750R with side car long ago, it required a lot of improvemments....
Cheers!

Personally I don't know too much of the vehicle, BUT, I did find a site dedicated entirely to it.
I did not go through it all, but I'm sure there's some info there to help with your question.

Ken and Paulo,
Thanks for the very helpful replies. The Tamiya kit is great. I used the Royal Models photo-etch kit with it, and the end product (after taking care of the tail light) is really detailed.

Hap, you're welcome!
We would all love to see a pic of it! :-) That is if you have one.
