Italeri is the first of the manufacturers to receive full coverage in this new item in the N''Berg ''07 Reports. Much has already been discussed in the forums, however we are able to present some exclusive images of the new Staghound A/C in 1/35th scale. The full story can be seen:

Any word as to the quality? The recent Italeri 1/35 scale kits always seem to be lacking a little something. But their 1/72 scale armor is really quite good (their new original kits, not the ex-Esci kits).
You've got to hand it to them though, they always pick good subject to produce.

I'm kinda happy to see that kit make a comeback: 6233 - Chevrolet 15 Cwt Truck (Re-Issue, Ltd. edition)
Some very nice variety coming from Italeri. This can only be good for us but very very bad for the bank account :-)

I'd really like to see more on the Staghound - been looking forward to one for a long time. Cheers to Italeri for producing one!

Some interesting stuff there Jim, I'm very interested in the flakpanzer, also would the Opel be a whole new kit or just the old one with some new bits for the Holzgas unit?

Looks great - especially the 40mm Bofors gun. We have been needing one of those for some time in plastic
Good to see the family of Italian armoured cars is constantly expanding.

Jim,
Thanks for posting the update. It's nice to see Italeri continue the AB series of armored cars along with adding the Staghound.

Great things coming. Thanks Jim.
One question about the Staghound? I understand you said this was pre-production and the finished kit would be changed. This really looks like a vehicle in U.S. service. As I understand the Staghound it was made by the U.S, but used by the British. Do you know if the finished product will be modeled for use by British/Commonwealth forces?

Regarding the Staghound model I was categorically told it was a prototype - NOT as some have assumed, a production copy...

Thanks for the report Jim, really interesting stuff there, specially for WWII fans :-)
I´m still missing some modern armour from Italeri though, be news or some reissues , maybe a M109 perhaps, with Diehl tracks? Yeah, keep dreaming :-)
Cheers
