It'll be of limited use for modelers, but I've scanned in a copy of this manual and posted it to:

at the bottom of the page under "Reference Documents". A couple of caveats - it was made from a 64 year old original that was quite small to begin with and I didn't have time to do any cleaning up, so the pics leave something to be desired.
