Good moaning all
Off to work in a jiffy...
I have a future project involvong an M8 Greyhound. I basically want to know if the Aber aftermarket set is worth purchasing? I am kind of handy scratchbuilding my own larger parts, but I notice there are some film and decals included, which I imagine would be for instrument panels etc.?
Could I get away without the above to produce a fairly accurate vehicle, or should it be tricked out as per the PE? I will more than likely have the driver's hatches opened up, but is there sufficient interior supplied with the Tamiya kit?
Cheers for any help here!

Hey Bradley!
I don't have the M8, but I do have the Tamiya M20 and Aber PE set along with the Lion Roar M8 PE set. The base kit offers some fair interior detail but I've chosen to "up the ante" with the two PE sets. The Aber set has a lot of detail parts, of which quite a bit goes to the interior...microphone, seating, handles/brackets, radio table, clips, headphones, straps, and on and on. With the M20, my assumption is more would be visible than with the M8. Then of course, there's a lot for the exterior too.
Anyhow, well worth the purchase IMHO. Oh, there are over 40 PE "welded on" strap brackets....will I use all of 'em? As small as they are; heck no! If I can see 'em, yep....if not...nope!
HTH,
Mike
