Tamiya figures German Inf. on maneuvers have hight of 34-35 mm with helmets. That makes max hight of 168 cm, which is way to small for average male European.Thay are also thin, and have oversized helmets, which kinof makes them look like kids. Totaly dissapointing.
Has anyone got any other Tamiya figures? I guess they are all the same hight.

Not surprising that this is a problem with the 1/48th scale figures. This is a common fault with Tamiya, as the 1/35th scale figures also come out quite short by European standards. 168cm is five foot six inches in Imperial units, and that's about where most older 1/35th scale Tamiya figures scale out.

I believe Tamiya got it right. People were shorter back in WW2 days.
168cm" wouldn be just fine. Look at all the pics of Tiger I with soldiers
standing next to it. You will have hard time finding a man standing taller
than the Tiger hull which is about 175cm in height.
