I currently have the opportunity to buy the old Dragon 1/35 BMP-1 kit with Desert Storm markings, but would like to know what folks think about it before I go for it. Is the kit reasonably accurate? Does it go together well (I know some of the early Dragon efforts were a bit rough)? Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Not the worst kit ever made nor the best. Your only other option is the old esci kit. Of the two the DML is better.
