Would anyone know which of the Echelon Fine Details' set of MA1A decals would be most suitable for the Dragon's M1A1 AIM?
I've seen from Echelon's website as well as PMMS that there are quite a few sets available.

You can also add in the considerable number if Echelon reviews which were done here:

There are three people who come to mind who could advise you on this - Vodnik, Epi and HeavyArty (along with others) but meanwhile check out Vodnik's Echelon reviews on the M1..

As AIM kit does not include US Marines specific parts, it can only be built as Army tank out of the box. This means that the only decals you can't use with the kit without modifying it are those for USMC tanks. All other (Army) decals can be used, so you can choose any one that looks best for you The kit even includes bustle rack extension, as used on some 3ID tanks featured on Echelon decals.

I agree with Pavel. Any of the US Army sets would be fine on it.

I used their US Army Pt. 4 decal set (IIRC, it has 8 tanks in both 3rd ID and 1st AD) for my Dragon M1A1. They were worth every penny , went on very well and did not silver in the slightest.
I highly recommend their decals.

Thanks for all the help. Much appreciated.
What about the upcoming M1A1 SEP, will the Echelon decals be suitable too? If they are, then the decals will be really worth it.

It is an M1A2 SEP. None of the Echelon decals would do for it. They are all for units that use M1A1s.
