Hi all,
How do you create those rust streaks that sometimes flow downwards from rivets?
Thanks!

I usually use real rust. Put just enough water in a metal coffee can to cover the bottom, then drop in some steel wool. Let it sit for a few days and you'll have it. You can apply it wet or dry, with a brush or a Q-tip. Hope this helps.

Gday Brandon
Taking care not to overdo it, you can also use burnt sienna oil paint. A super thin brush is used to apply a vertical streak, and then after a while you can use a wider brush with some thinners to 'blend' it into the surface so it appears aged... But practice first!
Cheers
