Just published, a report on what to expect in the next couple of months in 1/72nd scale Armor releases from Dragon Models Ltd.. A well-balanced release schedule with both Modern and WWII builders being catered to. The full story can be seen:

Very interesting releases. That Sherman could actually tempt me to try Dragons braille scale armour even though I mostly build 1/35.

Especially the inclusion of PE is interesting for this scale.

i have been waiting for somebody to do a decent version theese two soviet tanks for a while .... as i am not to keen on unimodel's kits ie some of the individual track links are only half formed

I haven't bought a 1/72 scale Armour kit for about 30 odd years. Last one was the Airfix Cheiftain round about 1974.

Having seen the amazing detail on these perhaps I might invest in that wee Chally 2, just for a wee look.

Glad I held off on buying those kits Can't wait for the T34 and SU 100

Thanks for the news Jim I'm no T34 expert......But isn't that type of cast turret on the 1943 models? AKA the CHTZ version?
