Zod, I don't think the M3 Lee was used in Burma by the British Army, rather the M3 Grant, I do know was used. As far as a jungle green color goes...well not quite sure of that either, BUT, I did find a nice site with some pics of an M3 Grant used in Burma. The author also suggests a painting for it.
