Does either Eduard or Extratech may a phote etch set in 1/72? I thought that I once saw a set for the RoG HMMWV.

Eduard did a set for both the Revell M998 and Revell M1025. For some reason, you have to buy both sets separately and not together like the kits are sold. Also there is an up armor set by Eduard.

I found a set for Dragons M998 and M1114 on Tracks and Troops website. Will need to get a set.
