For my M4A3 i need some crewmen, now i'm looking for at least two crew members in a relaxed pose, Does anyone know if there is a company making something like this?

Scott many many companies make relaxed crew members, go to netmerchants, Hobbylink Japan or any other online retailer and search under US crew in 1/35 and you should find what you are looking for.
If you can specify the poses you want maybe there are suitable figures out there that we can help you find.

Scott you don't say if this is going to be U.S. figures but I'm assuming it is. Check out http://www.usarmymodels.com/ Go to Kits and Reviews. Check out some of the different makes. Tim Streeter reviews the figures, normally with pictures. There may be some that you can find there. Once you've found one you like you should be able to find it available somewhere on the web.
