Hi,

WW2 Russian snipers
Saw this little kit at my LHS last weekend and was quite tempted to buy it. I really like the pose of the figures and the dummy is a very nice addition to this set.

As I'm rather new to figures I was wondering if anybody had a chance to have a good look at it or even built it.

Just came back from the LHS with the box. A first look at the sprue leave me with a very good impression. Those are really cool figures

Maybe I'll buy the German snipers team and built a small vignette of "Enemy at the Gates" with Zaitsev and Konig

Remember seeing a vignette using this set,but i`m buggered if i can remember where!!.What i can remember is that the dummy was set up in the window of a bombed-out building with the sniper hiding under cover underneath,it looked absolutely fantastic.So i`d say grab it with both hands mate.

I've seen both kits built.
Russian sniper is an excellent set, evenmore if you lokk at the price.
BUT the german set is really crappy compared to the russians.
Zvezda seems to have a strange habit : their russian set are excellent (the maxim crew is quite a nice set), but when it comes to german eurkkk ! their sdk 251 set is not good at all.

Like I saided in the third post I bought the russian snipers And yes, this little kit do look really nice indeed and the price is just perfect.

I must say I didn't bought the german. I good look at the box didn't really convinced me. The figures don't have that sniper looks like the russian ones.
