Nice looking Sherman. It seems like the tank hasn't been in service for a while and left to get "snowed".

Gday Martin
Love the mud and snow effects!
But... To me the effect is lost when showing snowfall on a whitewashed vehicle. Now I know that it of course would have happened, but to me it is one of those things that just doesn't translate well from reality to a model.
The M4A3(w) has 'wet' ammo stowage which eliminates the need for the applique armour plates. Unfortunately Mr. Tamiya neglected to tell anyone in their instructions... The rear deck over the engine would be relatively snow free if the engine was running.
Also the tank would have been whitewashed whilst buttoned up, meaning the inside of the hatches would still be painted OD, as they would stand out like a beacon if still white like the rest of the interior when opened on a OD tank. That said,I could be completely wrong and they were painted white when the rest of the tank was whitewashed...
Are you planning a diorama for it? I know you want to
Cheers
Brad

I like the overall effect! White washed tanks did get snowed on and I think the engine intake grill looks fine, but there should be a little snow on the tracks up front.
The mud accumulated on the rear fenders and on the road wheels is great!

Thanks for you comments Brad
You are right about the rear deck, I'll lose some more snow. I have no ideal about the hatch. I've to look for some references.
I'm planning to make a small diorama, just simple: snow and mud
I'll add some more snow on some spots like Jeff pointed out.
