Does any companies make a non-destoryed windmill? I'm actually just needing reference pics, ideas, etc.

Perhaps you can talk to our Dutch members. There are still plenty of wind mills in Holland.

what kind of windmill are you looking for... The good old dutch windmill
I have one standing not that far from my house. I could make some pics of it but that will be in the weekend because that`s the only moment I have time for it

I'm certain that plenty of people here would be glad to guide you in scratchbuilding your own windmill.
Otherwise, there's a company that sells a windmill but in thermoformed plastic. I think that the company is "Mirage". I saw it in the shop of blast-models last saterday. It may not be on the website catalogue but you should be able to join them by email.

Thanks for the help guys. I think I've got all the reference I need for now. I started work on it now and already got most of it built It's going to be a cross between these two. I'm going for a traditional Dutch windmill

I`m sorry Brad
But I have never seen these kind of windmills in Holland these look more like English or French windmills. The Dutch windmills are much nicer to see but therefor harder to built as they have a really hard to make body of reed.

The Windmill by my house is a resturant, the Bevo Mill. It is about 150 yrs old. It looks like it just has stuco on the outside. But is only 150 yrs old and in St. Louis, MO.
