Hey guys. Here's my 1/35 Zvezda IS-2. It's painted in the camo of the 4th Guards Tank Army in the Summer of 1944.
Comments welcome.

Very interesting. I never realized they had those camo schemes. It is a nice build, very clean. I think it could do with at least some washing and drybrushing if not any more extreme weathering treatments.

Hey Kenny!
What paints (brand, color, and type) did you use? It's been brushed painted and seems the paints I use (Tamy and Testy acrillies) are NOT good for brushing...but great for the AB. I do like the scheme....nice and unusual...not what one normally sees (big kudos there!).

i have the same kit half built and never knew about that cammo scheme... can u mail me the reference pic?
Nice build and good paintjob but need much more weathering... soviet tanks were always dirty, muddy, scratchy thingies.... they didint wash tanks as germans did...
so take a toothpick, some green/darkgray colour and start scratching the thing!
cheers
