I think Jaguar make an interior for one, I'm sure there are more.
Tamiya, Tristar, Masterbox and Trumpeter all make Soviet WW2 tank crews in plastic. Alpine Miniatures, TANK, Mig and Platoon all make Soviet Tankers in resin.

MiniArt also makes 4 different Soviet Tank Crew sets:
#35009 STC at Rest
#35017 STC at Work
#35022 STC Winter 1943-45
#35034 STC Ammo Loading
RPM/Maquette used to make 3 kits for the T-34: V-2 engine, tracks and and wheels.
They were reasonably cheap but I don't know if they're still available.
I got mine from Squadron about 10 years ago.
Hope that helps.
Cheers
