Hi all,
I'm currently improving the Skif kit. This peculiar area is somewhat simplistic at least and the instructions in the same way !

I'ld like to know (see) how is attached the bag for the expanded cartridge cases. It is obviously removable but I can't figure out how it hangs and where it is attached.

Any help would be appreciated.
I already have Concord T-80 and T-90 books which are not precise enough in that area.

TIA
Olivier

Hope it helps, it is a start of sorts...

Sorry Jacques but no.
The one I'm looking for is the remote-controlled AAMG. And I try to figure out how is attached the bag (for the cases) on the left of the mount.

Now I HOPE that there is something good in all that!

Sorry for this late answer Jacques,
thanks for your help. On my side here is what I found :

(c) Vasilyi Fofanov's site

I still can't figure out where it is attached. My guess is on the thing on the back and not on the MG cradle itself ?!

Well, you got me stumped...and beat me to posting the picture Vasily so kindly provided...!

I would guess, and it is only a guess, that the bag attaches to the selenoid/actuator arm behind it rather than to the reciever frame beside it. Looking at the top photo in my above post, it seems to be the case. Also, it seems to be that the bag has a seam on the back of the bag, as would be needed to attach it to the frame around a mounting point. But it is just a WAG.

Heck, I am not even sure how they attach the darn bag to the frame...snaps?

Olivier, you WOULD have to some up with a super-hard question!!

Hi Jacques,
my guess is the same as yours so I've attached my bad that way and it looks quite good.
I'm trying to add those wires and cables to detail the very simplistic kit MG mount
Last thing to do is add the "liaison rod" between the AA sight and the MG cradle. I hope I'll be able to post pics over the week-end.

Olivier
