if you mean the ZU23-2 AA gun, you can find it at Azimut. It comes as a combi-kit with plastic base and resin et PE upgrading parts.

This is the one I used for my BTR-ZD. (Have a look to it in my site) You'll have some work on it to get a correct rendition but to my knowledge it's the only one in town.
If you need pictures, I should have enough to help.
