Hello!
This one is built from the Italeri 1/72 kit. Straight out of the box.
The only mods I've done are the ligths and the tarp at the back.
More cargo will be put on it and the tarp will get a few more
washes to become a little darker and more worn...
Hope you like it
Regards

First of all, a very nice build...but the presentation is abit lacking.
Mounted on a slab of wood just dosen't do your model justice.
Check out laying down a gravel or vietnam red mud surface for it to have been traveling on.
even a street corner from the tet offensive...a stone gateway...a rice paddy.
something other than the wood.
Presentation will add way more to your final look. It will make all the time and effort you have put into this kit all the more worth while in the end.
KGlack
btw...should it have more markings on it? Seems alittle light on the markings.

Thanks Kevin !!!
You are probably right about the presentation bit. I'm however
doing all my vehicles on such a piece of wood and to be honest
I'm not that good at making groundwork so that's why I stick to
these bases.
I'm not sure about the markings so I chose only the stars and
the little text on the side. Perhaps you could help me with any
other markings that should be on it?
Regards

I'm pretty sure the interior of the drivers hatch should be be the exterior color and not white.

Excellent model. the interior should either be white-early to middle of Vietnam or light green-late to end of Vietnam.

The interior of the drivers hatch. .
Ok, thanks
One of my biggest faults as a modeller is that I build
first and check my references later

Thanks Charles!!!
I did actually do it white but made it too dirty when I
weathered it so it appears dark...
Thanks for telling me
Best regards!!!
