I'm on a roll!!! I finally got another diorama done. I still have a lot of ideas up in my head and a lot of built and unbuilt models waiting for a home.
Well, this is the Academy M151A1 Mutt and M113 kits and the M48 is Tamiya's. The figures are a mixture of Legend, Warriors, Jaguar, and Dragon. All the gear and accessories are from Verlinden, Legend, and spares box.
The water in the corner is made from the Woodlands Scenics new product called Realistic Water.
So guys, what do you think?????

Paul,
What your thinking of is Woodland Scenics EZ Water. This new product is called Realistic Water and you just pour it out of the bottle. You have to pour it in thin layers and build it up. It takes about 24 hours to dry completly but it works great. I just smeared a little paint between the 2nd or 3rd layer to get a muddy look.

I'm still stunned from the absolutly georgeous interior Plasticbattle put a link up here on Armorma. A Tiger I from ML I think.
Everything I have seen after that have been at the same level... as with yours!! I'm beginning to think the good Lord is bashing me down in my shoes so I don't get cocky and think I can build models...
Great job... as usual!! Keep it up!!!

Hey is that your M113 ACAV that was featured in the Gallery? With Legends detail set? I just wondered when will it finish in a diorama... It is a beauty.
I'm interested in one figure in particular.. that guy pointing direction to M48 commander. What figure is that? And another question.. Where did you get the decals for M113?
Good job, Pete... You really have talent.

Really nice diio. One constructive critiscism, the M113 looks as though it has been through different mud from the other vehicles.....
I like though, very well done.

Excellent Dio Epi. I love the layout and those palm trees. In fact, fo me, the vegitation is excellent all over and really makes this dio tick! What have you used for the smaller trees? I recognise the building you used as well. terry Ashley describes the build up and painting of this in Perths IPMS page! keep them coming!

I really liked your dio. I've been putting together several Viet Nam era kits lately. Plan to do something along the order of a helicopter/medevac. Found one of those Panda UH1-D's got an old medical personnel (Italerie) and that Italrei re-release of the Dodge ambulance. Finding Viet Nam other figures may be a bit of a challenge as well as the hugeness of the baseboard. (damned Helo rotors). Thanks for the info about the water, gonna have to find some of hat nexttime I hit the Hobby shop

Excellent job man!

I love the Nam stuff. I think there's a growing popularity for it that the W.W.II stuff experienced about 5 years ago. I think that We Were Soldiers done for Vietnam stuff that Saving Private Ryan did for W.W.II. I just bought a Tamiya PBR and Bulldog and plan to do an Appoc. Now type dio with it. I need to get some more figures though. Anyway, do more Nam stuff. I love it
