I just noticed that those pics are of an older stryker, and they are missing quite a bit of stuff. (no pioneer tools, towbar) and the wheels are funky looking, i.e. strange bolt patterns and every wheel has a step ring, instead of just the fronts.

The Armor Tap points don't have the washers, and
there are no strut mud guards on the #3 and #4 struts either.

Wow. I must have learned a lot yesterday...
