I just wanted to post some information regarding some replacement tracks I bought and my experiences.
I got 1/48 WWII Production Resin Tracks for my Club AFV Late Tiger, and Friulmodels 1/48 steel Tracks for my Tamiya Jagdpnther.
The resin tracks needed next to no cleanup and they snap together easily, they paint up nicely and looked great, the only thing is that they come apart while attaching to the model which made it a little difficult.
The Friuls took a little longer to assemble, but they went together very easily with the kit supplied wires,it was an easy process with very little cleanup, they painted and weathered nicely and went on the model easily because they didnt come apart like the resin ones.I was very happy with the results.
One thing,I tried to use the Blacken-it on the Friuls but did not like the results,so I just painted over them.
Overall I like the replacement tracks, they might be pricey but what the heck -its all part of the hobby, and what you want to spend, and on what.

I hope my experiences can help someone thinking about using these tracks
