Hey all,
I just got a char b1 bis 1/35 resin kit. Some of the sprockets are in sad shape and I don't like the resin track that came with it. Is there any aftermarket help that would make this kit better?

Frank, it might actually be cheaper to buy a Tamiya Char B and use the tracks, sprockets and other parts to improve it. Certainly a set of Fruils would work (if they have a set for the Char) but the Tamiya tracks are utterly impressive and the sprockets are extremely accurate...

Jim,
Thanks for the quick reply. I have been thinking about that Tamiya char b1 bis. LOL!!! I should get that kit and build that... the resin kit just doesn't seem to be very good.

Hi Jim, the Tamiya kit is Great, I would use the other kit as a battlefield kill.

Fruil came out with a set for the Char but it doesn't include sprockets. I'll echo the comments of the others about the joy of bulding the Tamiya kit, goes together very well with just a few minor adjustments here and there needed.
