How can I mix forest green paint from Tamiya paints?

According to this chart: http://ipmsstockholm.org/colorcharts/stuff_eng_colorcharts_fs.htm you could try XF-61 and XF-65 2:1 mix. That's for FS 34102 Forest Green. Keep in mind weathering and dust/fading greatly affects green shades.

If you are talking about the green used on american equipment, the color you are looking for is FS34079. Tamiya XF-65 Field Grey is a good match out of the bottle. It's a good scale match with a bit of fading.
