i'ld say it looks ok for a first diorama. if you like to improve yourself you could try reading some of the articles on the site, and the ones on http://www.missing-lynx.com/
keep up the moddeling!

It looks pretty cool, and the figures facing in different directions really makes it look like a highly alert patrol. Well done! One thing I think would greatly improve this dio though would be to spray all of it with some Matte Finish, they sell it hardware stores usually for about 5 bucks.

Clear flat paint, but NOT Tamiya flat base, sprayed over the finished models to eliminyted the glossiness. This will make the fabric l ook more like fabric.
You might want to do a search on woodland pattern camouflage. You have the colors pretty close, but the black is much smaller and is clearly squiggly shapes.
Get a fine brush and prectice on some scrap plastic or even note cards to get a feel for the pattern without putting paint to figure. Think of the black spots as a short diagonal line with several black worms attached to it.

Hi there,
Good first effort. Way better than my first attempt at a vignette
The lads have already mentioned the Woodlands DBU. If you're interested in to great SBS on painting Woodlands DBU check this article out... the woodlands explanation starts on page 4: Painting 3/6 Color DCUs & Woodland BDUs by Pete Beccera Jr.
About your flesh, you also need to do some more definitive highlights and shadows. Again, visit Historicus Forma - Armorama's figure modelling counterpart - for some great SBS's.
I like the balance that you have achieved with figure and terrain placement.
Once again, congrats
Rudi
