It's called "GET HIM" There are other shots of it in the campaign thread and in my gallery.
This is the Pilot's view.
Comments are always welcome.
I'm going to take some better photos tomorrow...I didn't realize how blurry these were until I saw them here.

Good morning Bill,
Overall a wonderful job, i'm waiting for the better photos.
The turret, placement and painting , is great! Not so good is the straight line you made with the grass along the road. Can't you ad some to make it a bit less regular? Also they seam to be all of the same length.
Cheers
Claude

The crew in action. (Sorry, still blurry. )
Overall view from the rear of the SWS.
Overall from the front.
And a side view of the SWS showing the gun commander.
Hope ya like them. Let me know what you think. Thanks for looking.

I see what you mean about the grass being in a straight line, it actually is not as regular as it looks in the photo. I think I made it too subtle...but yes it can be fixed rather easily. Same with the height of the grass.
Thanks for pointing that out.

Great diorama. Very effective scene with a cool vehicle.
The busted Panther turret adds some drama and "history" to the scene. That is how the half track will end if they do not get the enemy plane
Thanks for sharing

Hi there
Strange as it sounds, unlike the swimwagon in the river dio,I think in this case that you can get away with the grass in the straight line on the road level. This is because you have a definite, and constant line formed between the structure of the road make with its sub base and the stonework of the retaining wall construction.
The swimwagon dio had a wider river bank of grass that the reeds or long grass could migrate through with greater variation.
The height of the grass is a different matter but might be very suttle differences over the short length of the dio. Any grass that might get inbetween the cobbles of the road would get quickly trodden down so would only be as moss or the like in the joints of the cobbles with no real height.
The long grass that is within the small section of the river I think is perfect and the weathering on the tank turret with water marks is smashing.

By the way I think the figure positions are great too.

Great work, I love the set up. If You don't mind the suggestion : include some dirt or snow on the cobble stone road . Thanx for sharing . Mike.
