I need a liitle help-Does anyone know what vintage tank this part comes from?Or what type of part it is?

Looks like an exhaust system with a pipe from each bank of cylinders coming into the ends of a muffler. The fianl exhaust would likely be in the middle of th eopposite side from what we're seeing, similar top this VW Bug exhaust:
