Hi all,
I'm looking to build a dio set around a town square in the middle I would like to have a fountain. Not a wall mounted one but a stand alone one. I have found a couple, does any one know any more or have built any of the kits.
Cheers
Robbo

Plus model will only sell directly to businesses. Your best bet for finding a plus model item (that I know of) is either on eBay or www.modelsforsale.com. Also MK35 has some nice fountains as well. www.mk35.com

Sorry I couldn't direct link the url but I suck at it.

Plus Models sold by

http://www.fasttrackmodels.co.uk/index.php?manufacturers_id=32

http://www.modelsforsale.com/catalog/index.php?manufacturers_id=13757&osCsid=027986a04c8358850e28968e6aa1bba4

http://www.modelhobbies.co.uk/shop/plus-model-m-133.html

They are one of the most widely stocked around, even my LMS (local model shop) has them.

There are other manufacturers, even Italeri have brought one out recently but as somebody mentioned you also should look at MK35, a french model maker, and of course Verlindens offerings.

for Verlinden, Nemrod look at the Historex site http://www.historexagents.com/shop/hxshop.php

Historex do a big range of manufacturers and I believe are sole UK importers for many lines.

MK35 here along with other good stuff

http://www.sbmodels.net/Model_Victoria.html

All UK based dealers.

Use Google it will give you plenty of places to look and spend hours looking ;~)

Italeri has one you can purchase separate or you can find it In one the Testors/Italeri diorama sets. It builds up nice and looks good.

I will post a link to a picture of one.

Kirin also makes (at least one I know of) a really nice fountain that would fit well within a courtyard. It's kit number 25502, European Fountain. I picked mine up from eBay. Similar to MK35's kit number AO25....the big difference is that the center "column" is no where near as "thick" as the MK.

It's quite nice, and will be going into the courtyard of my "hotel" dio. If you want, I can shoot you a picture of it.
