I want to try the salt method for weathering my Hobby-Boss T-34/85,What color should I use as a basecoat under the Russian Armor Green ?

hi , you need to undercoat in red lead or its more common name red oxide. a rich red brown , do not be to worriied about the colour . cheers ian
