At the end of the 1980's, East Germany began painting their armor in a new 3-color camouflage to replace their old monotone green scheme. Has anyone tried painting it, and if so, what colors did you use?

I believe this is the camouflage you´re referring too

Sorry, i don't have any GDR armour painted in this color scheme ( or any built for that matter) but when i get my much awaited GDR kits in the mail i´ll post some pics on my build.

The colours im planing on using are: Reflective Green, Cold Grey ( both Vallejo) and Chaos Black from Games-Workshop.

So keep your eyes peeled

I was wondering if any of the NVA's Sa-6 Gainful missle launchers got painted in that particular camouflage or not.

I´ve actually been wondering that myself for a couple of days now.
I think i´ve seen a pic of a Gainful whit the same type of camouflage as the BMP above BUT whit brown paint instread of the black colour.
Although im not 100% shure.
And it seems down right impossible to find any NVA SA-6 pics on google or yahoo.
