Personally this is the one I have been waiting for... Dragon Models, via their constantly updated website, have just announced their 251/7 Ausf. D....

The SdKfz 251/7 was an engineer vehicle which was identifiable by the small bridge mounted on the hull. This forthcoming kit by DML - (Number 6223) was previously announced in its catalogue a month or two ago, now the first images have become available in the form of a 'poster' which is reproduced here...

This '3 in 1' kit contains all the alternative parts to build one of three versions, which are:

1) The 'basic' Pionierpanzerwagen

2) The Command version of the Pionierpanzerwagen with additional communication gear..

3) The engineer version armed with the 2.8cm Panzerbusche light a/t gun...

Truly one ofthe most awaited versions of the 251... Now where are the Ausf A variants?


Also as an added bonus, I have included the images of the new (and extensively reworked) King Tiger ('battle of the Bulge') version....
