A new item from Inside the Armour is now available and it will help keep some of those tools attached to your AFV.

In from Inside the Armour is a new PE set of German Tool Clamps. These clamps are for modern vehicles, and according to Inside the Armour, they can be made workable. There are 21 clamps per set.
