While this is not really an area of the hobby I am really interested in I can see this being a popular model and the figures look very good to boot. It is unusual to see a female figure that actually looks feminine.

It looks very sharp - I just hope it doesn't hurt my wallet too much when (not if) I get one! The one thing that does puzzle me is the way they offer decal flag options for the Nazi regime (as are often seen in historic pictures) but no components for the "angry spiders" that should go in the middle of the white circles. I know it's a very contentious point, but for those who feel they are part of the historic "truth" of the model (regardless of distasteful political/ethical connotations) the absence of these markings is an inconvenience to be resolved if necessary through extra expense from the AM market. Looks really nice with a lot of details.. and like Darren said, the figures look pretty good, too. Like I said before, I don't really do any WWII German stuff anymore, but I just have to get one of these. Hisham

On the subject of the swastika: for any model company wanting to sell in Germany, it's more than just an ethical or political consideration - it's a legal one. Yes, they're historically accurate, but they're flat illegal when displayed in Germany. Just like the tobacco ads left off of racing car and motorcycle models, they're simply something to be acquired from the aftermarket.
