Great North Roads began as a small accessory maker for dioramas around 12 years ago. Now owned by Simon Farrugia, they produce a massive range of buildings, roadway surfaces and pavement sections, and are now beginning to produce their own range of 1/35th scale figures. The Town House ruin is available in plaster as in the example shown, or resin at a slightly increased price.
contents
As can be seen, the product is delivered in a sturdy corrugated cardboard box, with each individual part wrapped carefully in bubblewrap. The Town House Ruin consists of five parts of moulded plaster.
the parts
The five moulded plaster parts consist of a small section of tiled floor, two damaged sidewalls, and the central two sections of wall, one containing a doorway and one with damaged windows. All the parts were well moulded and free from damage. Upon offering the parts to each other to test for fit, no problems were encountered and any smallish gaps will be covered up with a small amount of filler.
in conclusion
Another winner from Simon Farrugia at Great North Roads. Another good value piece that can be used to represent almost anywhere during the Second World War!
SUMMARY
A good generic house ruin for dioramas set everywhere.
