introduction
Rivets in a Circular Patter by Archer Fine Transfers are a quick and effective way of creating circles of raised rivets where none to your satisfaction where before.

Rivets in a circular pattern
Archer prints these resin rivets on clear decal film. You simply cut them out in the pattern/circle/arc that you need and apply them as a decals. Afterwards you paint over them. Ingenious!

These cool accessories are in various diameters and spacings. They can be used for various scales. They are crisply printed/cast. Archer advertises;
    Sheet includes .010 inch (.25 mm), .014 inch (.36 mm) and .018 inch (.46 mm) diameter rivets in circle patterns from .125 inch (3.18 mm) to .650 inch (16.5 mm) in diameter.

The clear decal carrier film is thin and simple to use. This sheet size is 2.75 x 4.5 inches (7 cm x 11.4 cm).

Conclusion
For scratchbuilders and modelers who are not happy with the rivets on their current project, ,b>Rivets in a circular pattern: various diameters and spacings; various scales are a superb method of adding what one needs. No more stretching and 'mushrooming' sprue, or cutting resin rivet heads from sheets to attach them one by one. Now you need just snip them from the carrier film to fit, and apply them.

Forgive me if I sound servile but having reproduced rivets with thin styrene and a punch and straight edge, I think Archer has come up with an ingenious system here. While I am not certain that military modelers will find much use for these circles of bumps, railroad and structural modelers should find many uses.

I happily recommend these!

I'm a professional pilot with a degree in art. My first model was an AMT semi dump truck. Then Monogram's Lunar Lander right after the lunar landing. Next, Revell's 1/32 Bf-109G...cried havoc and released the dogs of modeling! My interests--if built before 1900, or after 1955, then I proba...
