In-Box Review
Tiger H2
Tiger I Ausf. H2

by: Adam Mann [ MANNLOON ]

This is my in-box of a rare what could have been Tiger I. The H2 was at least mocked up in wood, but I've never seen a manufactured one. This was a direction the Germans were debating going with for Tiger I but never materialized. The subject is an interesting one, but the kit is abysmal, at least compared to other Dragon Tiger kits in the price range.

SUMMARY
Highs: Interesting variant of a rare prototype.
Lows: Simplified wheels, Orange box lower hull with molded on details. DS tracks, new parts seem dated.
Verdict: I would pass on this. Many value kit parts being marketed as a Smart Kit.

The most iconic, certainly. If you look at production numbers and usage, the PzKpfw IV was more important.
