Here is my Video review of Trumpeter`s KV-8s
A KV-1S fitted with the ATO-41 flame-thrower in the turret, beside a machine gun. In order to accommodate the new weapon, the 76.2mm gun was replaced with a smaller 45 mm Gun M1932, though it was disguised to look like the standard 76 mm.
SUMMARY
Highs: Beautiful cast texture on the turret and very good molding all-round plus "proven" build quality with Trumpeter`s KV series.
Lows: Trumpeter could start doing some more interior parts for the turret or the engine bay. Having detail on the inside of the hatches doesn't make a lot of sense without it.
Verdict: A very nice looking addition to Trumpeter`s KV line, especially the way the turret texture pops out. Not really doubting the fit off the kit I dare to say this will be a very nice build.
