Introduction
The third kit of Round The Corner series
B6-35307 U.S.M.C includes two Marine figures in wet weather clothing and on cautious or sneak poses.
Review
Kit comes in standard BRAVO*6 cardboard box labeled with a photo of the painted figures. There are 3 zip-lock bags inside - two for the figure bodies and parts, one for the personal gear.
As always, figures sculpted in 1/35 scale by
Vladimir Demchenko and cast in medium grey resin. Resin quality is good and details are crisp. No air bubbles, excess resin or any casting mistakes on the figure. The parts can be easily removed from the blocks with no damage. A fast cleanwork for slightly visible seamlines will make them ready for priming and painting.

Cloth folds on the trousers and parka, hood and details of flakvest like doron plates, zip front closure, elastic cartridge belt holder on the waist and rifle guard over the right shoulder are nicely sculpted.
Some of the personal gear are cast on the figures. They both have two M16 ammo pouches on sides, a First aid kit pouch on the back and a M16 bandolier with strap crossed on the shoulder. Figure-A carries a 3-pocket grenade pouch on his right hip and Figure-B has a M17 Gasmask case on the left hip.
Heads come as seperate parts and show nice facial features. Figure-A is a Black soldier with short curly hair and chinstrap is sculpted on the face.
Arms in long sleeeves are posed to carry rifles. Rifles are 5.56 mm M16A1. Hands are cast on the rifles and details are well represented.
Two sprues are given for personal gear to be glued on figures. Each sprue carries two M-1956 one quart canteen and two M7 bayonet in M8A1 scabbard.
Two M72LAW portable one-shot 66-mm unguided anti-tank weapon for Figure-B.
Two M1 helmets in Mitchell pattern camo cover; one with cigarette pack, Zippo lighter, Chapstick - lipstick for sun burnt and insect repellant also called as Bugjuice attached to the helmet band, another with LSA oil and C-ration matches attached to helmet band
conclusion
Very useful figures with wet weather parkas and sneak poses for Tet or other urban conflicts of Vietnam War. As usual; nice sculpt, clean cast, ease on assembly, good fit and lots of personal gear including some spare arts for further projects.
Highly Recommended.
