I have been building since about 1986, seriously for the past 20 years. I started like everyone else with Revell/Monogram airplane kits. I spent 7 years on active duty, then 3 years in the Michigan National Guard, all artillery. 1st on the M110A2 as a 13B, then the M270 MLRS as a 13M. I slowed down due to marriage and kids, but thankfully everybody is supportive of the hobby. There's worse things that one can do!
