Born Windsor Ontario. Dad was a model wooden boat builder, brothers built plastic war ships and aircraft, I built plastic WW1 aircraft, then WW2 aircraft. Met a good friend and influence Derek Fish who brought my expectations of quality and research to a new level. Got back into modeling 15 years ago with resin and etch aircraft that took too long to build. Entered a few model shows in St.John's and had some good feedback. Always some one doing brilliant work which makes me try harder and harder. Interested in modern armor these days especially (Afghanistan) remote recon, spec ops in remote places. Have too many unbuilt plastic kits with corresponding etch and resin detail bits ready to go. I think I'm in good company in this group.
