I started modeling 1/35 armour in the early eighties and have stuck with it ever since. I was in the Canadian armoured corps as a Crewman/Crew Commander on the Lynx, Cougar and Leopard C1. I was also lucky enough to help restore two M4A2E8 Sherman's, An M5A1 Stuart, A Centurion Mk 5, a Lynx and four Ferret Mk1/2 scout cars for the Lord Strathcona's Horse (Royal Canadians). I've also restore a Willys 1952 M38 CDN, and own a 1942 Canadian contract 505 Willy's MB. I am now retired from the military after 22 years in the regular army and 4 years in the primary reserves as the museum curator for the South Alberta Light Horse regiment.
