I have been modeling since age 8 - when I started with a 1/72 scale Airfix Boulton-Paul Defiant. Around age 11, I discovered Monogram 1/32 armor and Shepard Paine. Now I build 1/35th scale armor- for myself. I favor modern armor, especially Former Soviet Union and US. I am inspired by the work I see on Armorama, Missing-Lynx, Tracklink and Planet Armor.
