Recently into Italian armor. Read "Iron Arm" and "Iron Hulls Iron Hearts".Can't believe what these Italian tankers did with so little. In North Africa Rommel used them as cannon fodder to protect his Afrika Korps units. The devotion to duty and to each other made me realize that they may be the most under rated army in the Second World War. The more I study their weapons the more I admire them. The M13/40 and the Semovente 75/18, beautiful vehicles.
