About drabslab
I made my first airplane models when I was about 11, a Mistubishi Zero, a Messerschmidt BF 109 and of course, a Spitfire. They were all Airfix and all 1/72. Sounds familiar? I remember I could not even pronounce Mitsubishi, I used to call it Mutsibutsi. I continued building mostly airplanes until 1989, then stopped abruptly. In 2004, I found my collection back while searching a book on the attic of my parents. A few days later I discovered Armorama.com on the internet. I didn't realise it yet but I was hooked again. Now i am "Back in business", making airplanes in 1/48 and during 2013 I finally started constructing my 1/48 scale airfield.
